COCHRANVILLE, Pa. -- Authorities said Friday an undercover investigation had led to the shutdown of a puppy mill in Chester County.The kennel's owner, John Blank, faces multiple charges, including animal cruelty, NBC 10 News reported.The dogs, from the Limestone Kennel in Cochranville, were placed at the Pennsylvania Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animal's shelter in Hunting Park. PSPCA officials said Blank surrendered nine dogs, and then on Thursday, the PSPCA removed another 23 dogs.
